ON STAGE AGAIN Emly Variety Players are preparing to go back onstage in the near future with a production of John B. Keane’s ‘Many Young Men of Twenty’. This production will come on the heels of the Players pantomime production of ‘Ole King Cole’ which they produced early last December.

PANTOMIME The Emly Variety Players since Thursday night have been onstage in Emly Parish Hall with their pantomime production of ‘Ole King Cole.’ This year’s show has been produced by Esther Stokes with the musical direction by Nora Hennessy. Billy Laffan plays the organ with Mike Burke on percussion. The choreographer of children’s dance is Nicola Browne. The cast is all from the locality and is made up of all age groups with talent young and old. The final performance takes place tonight.

PANTOMIME Pantomime time is just around the corner. The Emly Variety Players have been working hard in preparation for their production of ‘Ole King Cole.’ The show starts on Thursday 1st Dec and continues until Sunday 4th. The Producer of this year’s show is Esther Stokes and Musical Director is Nora Hennessy.
